WAJA signs SAR 9.2 mln contract with NHC

WAJA Co. signed a contract, on July 16, to undertake improvement works on the main building of National Housing Co. (NHC), the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

The contract, which has a duration of 100 days, is valued at SAR 9.17 million, including value-added tax.

The work scope includes improving and rehabilitating the main building, including architectural and electromechanical works.

The contract will have a positive financial impact on the company's revenues, the statement said.

There are no related parties to the deal.
