Shalfa Facilities Management Co. signed on May 21 a contract worth SAR 35.39 million with the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority (ZATCA), in partnership with Shalfa International Security Services, according to a statement to Tadawul.
Under the contract, Shalfa will provide security guard services for ZATCA’s main headquarters, residential cities, and administrative offices located at various ports and branches across Saudi Arabia.
The partnership in the project will be on an equal basis, with each of the contracting parties holding a 50% share of the total contract value, after settling all financial obligations and dues related to labor, suppliers, and government entities pertaining to the contract.
