Saudia Launches Flights to Larnaca and Venice

Saudia, the national flag carrier of Saudi Arabia, has officially launched flights to two new destinations; Larnaca in Cyprus and Venice in Italy, further reinforcing its commitment to expanding its global footprint and enhancing access to key international destinations.

The inaugural flight to Larnaca took off from King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh. This new route operates three times per week in each direction, utilizing the Airbus A320 aircraft, known for its advanced technologies, spacious seating, and in-flight entertainment options tailored to meet the preferences of all guests.

In addition, Saudia has begun operations to Venice, its third destination in Italy following Rome and Milan. The Riyadh–Venice route is also scheduled with a frequency of three flights per week in each direction. Flights are also extended from King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah, operating twice weekly to provide additional flexibility and connectivity for guests.

Saudia’s international operations strategy is undergoing continuous development, aiming to increase its share of global travel and achieve new record levels in transporting guests through both scheduled and additional flights.

A key pillar of Saudia’s new era and strategic vision is reinforcing the Kingdom’s position as a central hub connecting continents, as Saudia remains committed to transforming the guest journey through seamless and enriching travel experiences, from digital services to streamlined airport procedures and elevated in-flight offerings that embody the essence of authentic Saudi hospitality.
