Saudia Expands AlFursan Loyalty Program through Strategic Partnership with Al-Dawaa Medical Services

Saudia, the national flag carrier of Saudi Arabia, announced a new partnership between its AlFursan Loyalty Program and Al-Dawaa Medical Services Co. (DMSCO), one of the Kingdom’s leading healthcare providers. This collaboration underscores AlFursan’s ongoing efforts to expand its partner network across high-impact sectors and provide members with greater flexibility and value.

The agreement was signed by Mr. Essam Akhonbay, Vice President of AlFursan Loyalty at Saudia, and Dr. Soufiyan Shemisa, Senior Marketing and Digital Commerce Director at Al-Dawaa Medical Services Co. 

Under the new partnership, members of Al-Dawaa’s ARBAHI loyalty program will earn 1 AlFursan reward mile for every 3 ARBAHI points converted, which can be redeemed for flights, upgrades, and other exclusive benefits. The process is designed to be seamless and secure through Al-Dawaa’s digital platform.
