NWC completes various sewer lines in Riyadh for SR +11 million

The National Water Company (NWC) announced the completion of various sewerage lines in the city of Riyadh at a total cost of more than 11 million Saudi Riyals. This is part of the company’s ongoing efforts to implement its strategic plans to create infrastructure in both the water and wastewater sectors and is based on its initiatives to expand its service offerings to its customers.

 

NWC explained that the project envisages the construction of separate sewerage lines in a number of districts in the capital Riyadh with a total length of more than 14 kilometers to serve more than 9,000 beneficiaries in the districts served. The company pointed out that the project aims to eliminate environmental damage, improve the quality of services provided and increase environmental sustainability in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030. NWC pointed out that the project is designed to serve customers in 18 districts; namely: Al Marwa, Tuwaiq, Al Marqab, AlHada, Al Maathir Al Shamali, Umm Al Hammam Al Gharbi, Erqa, Al-Diriyah, Al Malqa, Salah Al-Din, King Salman, Al Taawun, Al Munsiyah, King Faisal, Al-Nahda, Al Rayyan, Al Nadwa and Al Nazim.

 

The company pointed out that the project is in line with its strategic plans and set schedules. NWC stressed that it takes into account the application of the highest quality standards in the implementation of its projects to achieve the desired goals of improving the services of this important vital sector.
