AOL signs SAR 23M deal with Saudi Electronic University

Academy of Learning Co. (AOL) signed, on April 22, an inclusive framework agreement to provide training services with the Research and Studies Institute at the Saudi Electronic University, effective for a period of three years.

The agreement is aimed at utilizing a variety of the company’s academic services in the field of training with a total value of SAR 23 million (VAT inclusive), the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

This partnership reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to expanding its strategic collaborations with leading educational institutions, supporting the growth of the training sector and the development of human capital in alignment with its future objectives.

The contract is expected to have a positive impact on the financial results starting from the second half of 2025, the statement added.

The company further clarified that as the contract was not signed until May 1, 2025, the announcement was accordingly made today, May 4.
